How borrowers opt in to Loancrate texts

Loancrate operates borrower portals for mortgage lenders. Each portal runs under the lender's own name and web address. When a borrower signs in to a portal and chooses to get their code by text message, Loancrate texts them a one-time verification code. We send no other texts.

Where borrowers opt in

Borrowers opt in on their lender's portal sign-in screen:

  1. The borrower chooses Text message. Email is offered alongside it, so texting is never required.
  2. They enter their mobile number. The consent text below appears directly under the number field.
  3. They select Send code, and Loancrate texts one verification code to that number.

The consent text shown on the sign-in screen:

By sending a code, you agree to get one sign-in text per request from Loancrate. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. See our SMS Terms and Privacy Policy.
