These terms cover Loancrate's text messaging program.

SMS Terms

Program. Loancrate sign-in codes. Loancrate operates borrower portals for mortgage lenders. When you sign in to a portal and choose to get your code by text message, Loancrate texts a one-time verification code to the mobile number you enter. Each message names the lender whose portal you are signing in to.

Consent. By entering your mobile number and selecting "Send code," you agree to receive a one-time sign-in text from Loancrate. Consent to texts is not required to use the portal; you can get your code by email instead.

Message frequency. One message per sign-in request.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.

Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from this number. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages. Reply START to receive texts again.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy. See our Privacy Policy. We do not share mobile numbers or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
